Registers designed for efficiency

Concentrator

Each time you start the concentrator, you start a timer. The app automatically records the duration, with no paper and no mental math. Input flow rate (L/min) and Brix at inlet and outlet can be captured in seconds. You can then see: X liters of water at Y deg Brix concentrated in Z minutes, with a membrane pressure of N bar. This is the exact snapshot of each batch.

After each use, you set the filtrate temperature and run the PEP calculation. The app computes a correction factor for that temperature, adjusts your observed flow rate, and produces a PEP index as a percentage:

  • PEP > 90% -> membrane in good condition, no action
  • PEP 70-90% -> rinsing recommended
  • PEP 50-70% -> soap cleaning recommended
  • PEP < 50% -> acid cleaning recommended

Evaporator

Each time you start the evaporator, you also start a timer and the app automatically records boil duration. You enter inlet Brix, transfer Brix, and syrup levels in flat and flue pans to get an exact production snapshot: starting concentration, pan levels, and total evaporation time. This creates a precise history of your boils, useful both for daily monitoring and for comparing your operating approach throughout the season.

Photos for efficient identification

Each element of your Digital Twin can be enriched with photos: sugar shacks, equipment, lines, and registers. They are also geolocated so you can quickly identify them on the map and in lists.

With complete equipment documentation, you get a clear view of usage, condition, and performance.
