Delete your L’Entailleur account

You can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it.

From the application

When signed in, open Settings, then Security and privacy, and choose Delete my account. Confirm the request. We will verify your identity before completing deletion.

Without access to the application

Send an account deletion request by email

Include the email address and sign-in provider associated with the account. Never send your password, a one-time code, or a complete receipt.

We will confirm receipt, verify your identity, and process the request within 30 days. Some data may be retained when required by law. Data in a shared company will be reviewed so records belonging to other authorized members are preserved.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play. Billing may continue until you cancel it.
